Characters for G&P spray booth
1. Intake and exhaust air system
Adopt European turbo fan with big fan blade; with big air volume, high wind pressure, low noise, smooth running and other characteristic. Motor and high temperature air chamber is separated to meet CE standard so that it will be easy to clean dust and safe.
With light oil burner to save energy; when starting work, high voltage sparkle made by impulse will come out first, then oil ejected will be burnt. It is with high efficiency and the oil will be burnt completely.
Heat exchanger is made by heat resisting stainless steel. There are many durable heat exchanging cycle with high exchanging efficiency.
Damper executive processor is famous brand from imported. It can execute the transforming instruction rapidly and precisely.
2. Lighting system
Adopt Philips fluorescent tube with high Illuminance and durable advantage.
Electronic ballast, reliable, with stable performance, low failure rate, is specially designed for spray booth.
3. Control system
Nice appearance; distribution of electrical parts is scientific and reasonable.
Control cabinet is made up of component with good quality to realize multifunction.
Touch-type single chip electronic controlling system is optional to ensure that spray booth runs smoothly.
4. Room system
Basement is made in full galvanized steel plain sheet. It is durable and installed easily.
Different combination between foot grating and indented plates is suitable for different customers requirement.
Mosaic pattern structure is used for wall panel with excellent leak tightness and easy installation. Overload protecting equipment assures the safety of operator in the spray booth.
Upper piece is made in high strength galvanized steel plain sheet and with surface powder spraying process. Fixing pattern of filter can save the changing time and enhance working efficiency.
