   Production introduction

Water Paint Blowing and Curing equipment is associative with fan and exceedingly suitable for the drying the water paint. It can be used to dry the gate in small area and fender. It is convenient, economic and fast. The equipment performance is following:

1.       Drying time of the water paint will be shorter. So the holding time of the spray booth will be shorter too.

2.      When small area needs to be repaired, the heat requirement for the spray booth will be less.

3.      Air consumption is lower than 350 L/min (3 bar).

4.      Cover large area. The air-quantity of every blower reaches 6000L/min.

5.      It is with filtering net to reduce the pollution for the paint film.

6.      There are short wave infrared curing lamps on it to dry two groups of paint.

7.      The installation position of the blower can be altered so that the direction of the nozzle can be adjusted to the most suitable place.

8.      Blower, lamps can be connected to the bracket quickly. It is very stable.

9.      The lamp can be moved up and down to adapt to dry different high of workpiece.

10.   The caster with brake makes the equipment stops at the slope steadily.

11.Lamp cover adopts stainless steel with shining mirror-like surface, thermal gather homogenously.

Distance measure function, preset the distance from lamps head to vehicles surface, if exceed the set MAX or MINI distance, the heater will stop working, adjust the distance of heater(inside the MAX and MINI set) and the heater will work automatically.

Temperature measure function, preset the min/max temperature if exceed the set min/max, the heater will stop working, when the temperature of vehicle surface back to the preset one and the heater will work automatically.
